I can&#8217;t tell whether it is meant to be a criticism or not:<\/p>\n<p>>Long before then, the <strong>words <\/strong>&#8220;global war on terror&#8221; will likely fade away &#8212; the sooner, the better, hopefully to be replaced by a more focused, realistic and sustainable <strong>strategy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>It would be nice indeed if the words were replaced by a strategy.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The following sentence struck me as odd.
